We caught up with the cousins (Lou & Sar) over dinner on a rooftop terrace, overlooking our downtown street (Nguyen Hue Blvd.) in District 1. I was excited that pork is so prevalent here! Finally, I can make up for 8 months of “No ham” diets! (= ha ha. Well,,, disappointment of disappointments, the dish I got wasn’t that good. Aw man! Oh well.
