Krupuk, or kerupuk is one of Indonesia’s favorite table snacks. Most often made from cassava or tapioca, it’s a crunchy chip by the time it gets to the snack shop. There are a variety of types,,, some resembling foam packaging material… but Indonesians love it! (= Most of it is produced out of home ‘factories’. You see the racks of krupuk drying in front of people’s homes a lot… keeps the ladies busy & provides a little side-income. Great plan!
