Today was such a great day,,, right up to the 5 min conversation in the pool about how this relationship is going great, but ultimately is bound for nowhere. Just delaying coming to grips with the fact that I’m not Muslim. Hmmm… pretty effective buzz kill there.

Painting a fake smile for the rest of the day, we then jumped in a cab & ventured out to East Jakarta to meet more of Nina’s family. It’s been 3 years since Nina has been to Jakarta to visit them. (=
