A few hours later I met up with my Indonesia FAO predecessor & fellow Marine, Bob Lucius & his lovely wife Casey over drinks at a pub downtown. Bob was the first Marine to go to Indonesia & do what I’m doing… learn the language, culture & customs of Indonesians. I’m the 3rd,,, so that makes him my “big brother”. Ha ha.

It was great putting a face to a name. Bob & Casey laugh a lot & had great stories to share. It was fun sharing a few drinks with the two of them.
