I had arranged a car & driver before-hand through Pak Djarot (from USINDO), and he was there waiting for us when we arrived at 2pm. For $40 a day, Pak Djarot became our driver (= he was great.

We got all 3 professors settled into Yogya Plaza Hotel, met & introduced Nina to everyone, and then headed out to discover downtown Yogya a bit.
