It was getting dark, and I had made a promise to be at the All Plus school for their English club at 7, so I didn’t have long to enjoy the moment… Indah and I were off.

English club was fun too. I hadn’t had a chance to go home & change me clothes or anything since the accident this afternoon,,, but I used the English speaking opportunity to explain what happened & what I had been doing since then.

A few of the students were keen to ask about why America supports Israeli aggression in Lebanon (that’s how the news headlines read here.)

“Ahhh! Good question. I’m glad you asked that!...”

That turned into a fun conversation (in slow English) about trying to look at things from different perspectives,,, and being aware of several valid sides to any argument.
