a "Linga",,, symbolizing the male and the female, is also a mark of Shiva. They take several forms, but all are basically phallic symbols (on top), and sometimes have a V or triangle representing the woman (on bottom), both atop a lotus flower in this sculpture,,, a tell-tale sign of the mixing of Hindu and Buddhist traditions in the 9th century. China occupied "the land to the South" for 2,000 years, and it's influence was internalized in Champa traditions as well, such as the dragons here, with lions bodies and serpent tails.
This is Brahma's wife... not sure what she's holding in her hands, but anyone's guess. He is the creator
Shiva standing atop a giant turtle, another favorite Hindu symbol for protection & power.
