For dinner, Brook, Lydia & I went out to Dixie, a nice little café-style restaurant in Kemang. The only thing missing was a glass of wine & a whiskey tonic (I had my chilled mango juice, so I was just fine…) but we fixed the discrepancy next door after dinner at Passion café. Turns out tonight was their opening night! Very cool & stylish atmosphere in there. I wanted to take the couches home with me! (= pool table upstairs… we meandered through conversation that somehow made 4 hours disappear, then went home by 1:30am. Great night.

When we got home, our neighbor had a little “extra security” installed by the front door,,, in the form of the gardener (= a sprite young man in his 70s maybe?
