Highlights: normal day really + cooking class

After class we spend a few hours with our tutors. The time is what we make of it. I’ve gotten through my homework with Sinta the last few times,, and I’m thinking about branching out into Newspapers- since the language used in Indonesian newspapers still seems a few levels above my head… more complex than everyday speech.

Today was more social hour, and after hearing about Yaya & Sinta’s boyfriends- I was ready to go home & take a nap until cooking class.

A few of the gang have been wrestling with health issues lately… but fortunately Yancey is safely recovered from a bout of dehydration, and Bryan is back from a 4 day hiatus of adjustment to Indonesian food…
